Dry Skin and Funny Photos

Funny Pic of the day ~

I am bringing the funny pic of the day back for you guys. Three cheers for me, hip hip -crickets- ok I am going to move on -coughs-  ^_^;
    Today it's snowing out and when I say snow I mean snow, and I not suposed to say the word snow because it will bring more. It's a joke for people that live in snowy areas like Minnesota. For me I don't mind it at all, its calming and relaxing to watch the snow fall and land on the ground. I know Winter drys out your skin but my hands, face, and elbows are always dry and no mater how much I put on its dry.

Should I Change My Blog Name?

This is what I feel like right now, tired, bored, and sleepy. It was to hot in my room so I watched YouTube until one in the morning. I regret that now, but it was well worth it. I had to force myself to go to sleep by thinking of something and rocking myself to sleep. Don't ask how I do that, it's a habit that I picked up from my dad.
   My birthday is coming up and I'm going to be 20 years old. Gosh I'm getting old *laughs awkwardly* *coughs* moving on. Since I'm turning 20, I don't know what to call my blog. I feel that if I change it, it won't be the same because this is where I come and talk about random things in my life.
   How I got the name is that I was still in high school and I was letting my reading blog go to waste and I wanted to share my life to the world, so I changed the name to A Small Tale of a Teenage Girl. I was slowly putting up posts, than it came naturally that I had to blog. I would blog at school I would blog at home and I always looked forward to it.
    I didn't care if people were following me, I didn't even care if people commented on a post. I just wanted to get something of my chest and that I can read over and learn from what I was feeling that day, but I choose my words very carefully.

What I'm Reading....

I have been reading a lot for at least a good 2 months. Of course I bought a lot of books and I don't know which one to start with so I did the 'Ini-mini-Minni-moe' and I'm reading East End Jubilee by Carol Rivers. Now I never heard of this author before and I know why. This person is from England and the book is from England. There are no dollar signs just the pound sign. There is nothing wrong with it, it just shocked me. But I got to say it's a really good book.
    I'm taking my time with it so I can read it word for word. This book is out of my comfort zone, but I did that on purpose so I can see what kind of books are out there instead of reading in the teen section. I actually found this book at Half Price Books in Crystal, Minnesota. That store is like a spa to me because all the books are really cheap. East End Jubilee was actually $2, flat in the clearance section of the store.
   Now, I had 2 extra days off from school because it was REALLY cold out, it was -14 feels, like -20 something. Those 2 days I was reading a few pages before I went to bed.

Has anyone else read the book? If so are the other ones good?

I'm Alive!!!

Happy New Year and I'm back with more things to say and more jokes to tell, hopefully. I was taking a nice long break and I feel stress free. The reason I wasn't blogging as much is that I had nothing to type and I always had brain farts and I could see that my posts was getting shorter and shorter by the day. I was not happy with that so I decided to stop blogging for a while to get my head straight. I always see that I'm always apologising for not putting up a post for a week or two. I'm starting to see that it was getting old and phony so I just stop without saying a word.

Books, Books, and more books...

I have bought a lot of books since I have been absent from here. The total of books that I bought last week was about 8 or 9 take or give, but its was separate days. One was on Monday, when the bus driver pulled off on me, my aunt and uncle took be to Half Price Books. Same with Sunday I had othing to do to I went and they took me. I feel like I need more books like its a drug or something, that bookworm in me is just saying, "Buy more books, you know you want to." Anybody with me on this?
