My New Diet

   I planned it last night and started it today. I'm decided that I'm tired of unhealthy food and I want to eat healthy. So what I'm going to do is have a 10 minute work out in the morning, some fruit, and a glass of milk. I am taking fish oil twice a day, have little to no salt, and have less starch. In the evening I'm going to have steamed veggies and a glass of water. Before I go to bed I'm going to do a 5 minute work out, and I'm planning to do this for 3 months everyday of the week. But if you guys have any ideas please tell me. It will really help me out.
