I know its not part of my diet but it was so good that I sorta, you know, pigged out. I will count this day as my cheat day, he he. I am vlogging a lot now and I am loving it. I'm still going to blog because this is were I get to crack a few jokes here and there, also its a part of me and I can't stay away from you lovely people. School is almost over and I only one plan for the Summer. Working out and looking good lolz. I had to put that in, but its true I want to get in shape and feel good about it.
Can you guys give me any diet ideas that doesn't have to include diet pills? So far that I know is cut out soda and junk food and exercise. But I learned something new a couple of days ago. don't use a scale because you can mistaken your muscle gain with weight gain. But if you really need it only use it every two weeks. But for me I will go for the first one.
